Tarsia Puzzle Generator Beta
Enter 18 question/answer pairs. The puzzle uses 16 small equilateral triangles which assemble into one large triangle. Each shared interior edge carries a Q on one triangle and its matching A on the adjacent one. The downloaded PDF has two pages: page 1 is a scrambled cut-out sheet — the triangles are shuffled and randomly rotated, packed into two strips so pupils can cut them out quickly — and page 2 is the assembled solution for the teacher. Every triangle prints equilateral, roughly 5.9 cm on each side.
Paste two columns, one pair per line — question and answer separated by a tab (copied straight from Excel / Google Sheets) or a comma (CSV, quoted fields supported). A header row like Question,Answer is skipped automatically.
