The easiest way to provide teacher timetables is to upload an Excel spreadsheet or a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
If you use iSAMS, you can export one through
Timetable Manager using the option Full Teacher Timetable,
which downloads master_spreadsheet.xlsx.
If you use a different Management Information System the procedure will be similar.
You may want to give teachers simple names for their classes — for example, labelling a Year 11 English class Y11 rather than Y11ABCEng. The only way to do this is to edit the spreadsheet before uploading it. Just be careful — teachers will live with any mistakes all year!
